  Olympia 2026

  Every breeder dedicated to a breeding program dreams of attending Olympia, where they can see the finest animals in the world, showcase their achievements, and attempt to scale the heights of Olympus! This year, the host country for Olympia was Thailand. We traveled there to accept the awards for our boy, CurlyCharm Zephyr, who ranked 8th among all breeds in the 2025 WCF standings and was named Best of Breed Worldwide, as well as for his shorthair son, Amber Allada Cat, who also became Best of Breed.

  After some thought, we decided that his little daughter, Virtuoso Allada Cat, would fly over to collect Zephyr's awards, allowing us to showcase our breeding program and hear the feedback from the world's top judges! Naturally, every exhibitor dreams of winning, as a victory at Olympia is incredibly prestigious, given that you are competing against the absolute finest animals. The results for our little Virtuoso exceeded all expectations.

  These are truly stunning results for our little girl. We are absolutely thrilled. We extend our sincere gratitude to the esteemed judges for their feedback and for the high praise they bestowed upon our little curly girl. For us as breeders, it is incredibly important to feel supported and to see the breed qualities we strive for appreciated. It hasn't been easy, but over the past two years, we have put in a tremendous amount of work and showcased our Selkirk Rexes at a vast number of shows. Thank you to our friends for their support and help along this exciting yet challenging journey. We have been devoted admirers of the Selkirk Rex breed for many years, and we will continue working to improve the type and quality of our cats!

  We would also like to congratulate the Russian team on their outstanding results. The team performed brilliantly and brought home a massive haul of awards. And a huge congratulations to our fellow breeders from all over the world! It was wonderful to reunite with old friends and make new ones!!!
