Amber Allada Cat at the Cat Show in Tashkent
On May 30–31, 2026, an international WCF cat show took place in Tashkent. The city welcomed participants with genuine hospitality—from gentle spring sunlight to a warm and friendly atmosphere at the venue itself. The event was impeccably organized: everything ran smoothly, calmly, and with clear consideration for both cats and their owners.
Our short-haired Selkirk Rex, Amber Allada Cat, competed over both days and delivered consistent results:
Day 1:
Judged by Tatiana Chernova, he earned the GCACE (Grand Champion of Europe) title and a Best in Show nomination. He placed 9th out of 29 in the Adult WCF Ring.
Day 2:
Received a CACM (World Champion) certificate from judge Peter Tod, another Best in Show nomination, and placed 9th out of 30 in the final ring under Trpimir-Frane Sulić.
It’s especially rewarding to see the Selkirk Rex—a distinctive and still relatively rare breed—garnering genuine interest from respected feline experts. Amber’s striking blue eyes, calm demeanor, and breed-typical conformation were repeatedly noted.
